Alcohol and Fat Loss
Alcohol can have a three pronged approach to derailing your fat loss efforts.
1) There are calories in the drinks you consume.
2) Alcohol can reduce our inhibitions thereby allowing us to make poor decisions about food intake.
3) Being hungover the next day can lead you to miss workouts or not be able to execute them with the required intensity.
There is nothing inherently bad about having a glass of wine on occasion. But when you do decide to have some wine, you have to be mindful of HOW MUCH wine you have.
Binging is not balance.
