The X Pounds Per Week Mentality

Don’t get caught up in the “X pounds per week” mentality as there is truly no way to know how YOUR body will respond to any given program.

Focus instead on executing the right actions and be patient. You can’t choose your rate of progress, but you can choose your actions.

If you do that with consistency the results will come. And more often than not, it’ll be slower than you expected.
