Eating Your Emotions

While circumstances around you might be out of your control, how you choose to react to them are well within your control. You have choices. Thoughts, feelings and emotions require acknowledgement but you have the choice of how you will acknowledge them and react.

Eating won’t resolve the emotional dilemma but instead creates the foundation for more frustration and stress. Recognize if you always deal with stress via eating, then you are going to need to change the habit of how you deal with stress. Redirect that energy into something else and replace it with something else.
