Good coaching isn’t just about training and nutrition programs. It is about COACHING.
That means it is about helping you to change your mindset so that you can work towards making progress. But a mindset change isn’t an occasion. It is a process. It takes ongoing efforts, corrections, and more efforts until finally the change has occurred and the results will follow.

“I just put too much food in my mouth when I am tired or even angry.”
…is a mindset.
It is a CHOICE and it is NOT part of who you are. And when you accept that you CAN eat, but you don’t HAVE to eat in response to your emotions you obtain power over them.
It isn’t just about the plan, it is also about helping you to adjust your mindset to allow you to execute the plan.
THAT is coaching.
