I have been making this shake PWO ever since my husband got on a Nilla Wafer kick. I must say, having the Myofusion Banana Perfection protein powder makes this shake 10 times better!!!
*Side note–If you have not tried the Myofusion products, you must try them today. I consider myself pretty picky and use to only use BUYBULKWHEY protein powder. Unfortunately they do not have a banana flavored protein powder out on the market yet.
So here is the recipe for my Nilla Wafer Numminess:
(And yes, numminess is a word I invented LOL)
30 grams of Banana Perfection Myofusion protein powder
29 grams (1 serving) Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 grams of sugar-free fat free banana puddinf mix (ads thickness)
1 packet of Stevia (optional-but I find I don’t need it with this protein powder)
3-5 ice cubes
2-3 oz water (optional if you like shakes on the less thick side)
In a large bullet cup (or blender) combine ice, almond milk, protein powder, pudding mix and optional Stevia and water.
Then take half of the vanilla wafers and crumble them up on top and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
Just before you get ready to drink it, add other half of the Nilla wafers and dig in.
You may need a spoon!! Enjoy!
