Physique or performance, it’s all the same. It isn’t the days and weeks you work, it is the months and years that really make a change. No one can put in the work for you, and the motivation has to come from you. External motivation is transient, temporary, and shallow. When your why is strong enough, your why not becomes a whisper rarely heard.
Make no mistake, this is a way of life. It is something that has to become a non-negotiable part of what you do, who you are, even when it sucks. You will have days that you are killing it! Remember and hold onto them during the days you are on auto pilot. Whatever you do, just keep moving. Eventually your one day at a time, will become a lifetime of experience and achievement.
