The reality of reaching goals

Am I right, or am I right? Lol

Things rarely go as planned, and with fitness it’s very difficult to control all the variables. Individual biology tends to throw everyone for a loop every now and then. Most of us deal with an injury at one point or another. Things like family emergencies, illness, vacations, and a million other things get in the way. One thing we can control is our behaviors. If they support your goals, keep doing them. If they don’t? Time to ditch them and move forward. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, it only matters if you are continually moving forward.
