The difference between “I can’t have that” and “I can have that, I just choose not to.”

Feeling deprived or at a disadvantage when you say “no” to off plan foods suggests that you don’t have the choice to eat off plan when you’d like to, that you feel restricted.

I’ve never seen my own nutrtition plan that way. If anything, it makes me feel empowered, secure, and on track. I know that I CAN eat whatever I want – it will always be my choice. I’m truly not limited by anything other than my own decision to work toward my goals.

In social situations, when people have said “Oh, you CAN’T have that huh”? My response is always “Ohhh no, I certainly can. I can eat whatever I want…I just dont want to”.

At LBC, clients are ALWAYS encouraged to have an off plan meal for a special date night, celebrate birthdays, holidays and vacations.

However, we also remind every client that THEIR choices lead to THEIR results.
