Tandoori Chicken

I tried something a little different tonight for dinner. My stepson asked if we could have something spicy tonight, so I was like, “Yes! Let’s go with tandoori chicken!” To make it is fairly simple. To start, you need the following ingredients:

1 chicken breast (whatever amount is on your plan)
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp ground red pepper

All you have to do is mix everything together in a Ziploc bag and then let it marinade for couple of hours. Then bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. So easy, so good!
