Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results

It makes little sense to hire a coach for nutrition/training to help further you along in your fitness goals, (because what you’re doing is clearly not yielding the desired results or you’d not be parting with your hard-earned money to hire someone else in the first pace), only to say something along the lines of, “I’m concerned because this is very different than what I have been doing/used to do in the past.”

Ok? And? I’d say to that, “GOOD!”

Why did you reach out again? Because THAT wasn’t working. Why would you want to pay someone to give you what you were already doing (again, which wasn’t working) when you can just do more of what wasn’t working on your own?

How you think your diet and training should look isn’t working! That’s why you’ve reached out for help. If you continue to do what you’ve always done, then you’ll obviously continue to get what you’ve always gotten.

If you’re going to hire a coach, you should expect that there’s a good chance that what your program winds up looking like is quite different than what you were doing when you reached out. Again, what you were doing wasn’t working so this should be common sense. Be open minded; there are so many ways to success.
