If you want change then you have to make changes. This is obviously easier said than done, especially when the change you want is fat loss.

For some this can be quite a lot to deal with at once. You need a sound diet/training plan to follow (head over the LBC website for help on this). You need to be well prepared to execute the plan. You also need to make arrangements/sacrifices to stick with the plan, which requires foresight. Finally, you need to make adjustments when the plan isn’t working anymore (and this will eventually happen, but there’s info on the site to help you deal with this too). That may seem like a lot to deal with and it’s not necessarily easy to do at first, but trust me, you will get better at dealing with it as time goes by.

The key to getting better is to always make an honest effort to sticking to the plan and continue doing so. However, if you ever find yourself being overwhelmed or tempted to stop then remember why you started. That is, if it was a good enough reason to get started then it’s a good enough reason to see it through.
