Health is about what you’re saying and thinking, just as much as it’s about what you’re eating

When clients constantly berate themselves I find myself reminding them that you have to have self-love and peace in where you are now, in order to make permanent change. No matter how dramatic your results are, if you don’t like yourself today then you won’t be any happier when your thinner/fitter/leaner etc..

I challenge you to spend more time correcting your negative thought process with positive and affirming language. See how it changes your journey. I assure you that the days, weeks, months, and years that you are on this fit journey will look a whole lot different. It will always require sacrifice, but that sacrifice doesn’t have to have negativity attached to it.
