Weekends- Do you find it difficult to stay on plan because you are out of your weekday routine?
There is nothing different about following your nutrition and training goals on the weekend when you have goals to follow and reach. You committed to them during the week, what is different?
Don’t blow it!
Some people seem to have issues here because they feel like there is no routine but the reality is, you create it, just like the one you follow during the week.
Put the same plan into action. Meals and training get put on the schedule, same as you managed the 5 days prior. Have plans, plan for them. Outtings, BBQ’s, parties? No problem you can fit that in too but remember your goals. If getting training in first and bringing meals prepped along is needed, that is what you need to do.
Is doing what you said you were going to do and sticking to it. You’re focused. This is the path you are choosing to get there; follow it. You can’t be half committed during the week and blow it on the weekend and except that you are going to still reach your goals.
Are you managing your weekend or is it managing you? Fail to plan has your failing.
