When I began working with Erik I had just recovered from a broken ankle, and I’d gotten pretty out of shape. After seeing some of his previous clients’ results I I felt that hiring Erik would get me back on track as quickly as possible. After 12 weeks I was not only ‘back on track’ I was in better shape than I’d ever been! Erik’s program was very thorough, all of my meals and training sessions were planned to the last detail, making things incredibly easy to follow. Erik was an amazing coach, and was always available to answer my questions and make adjustments to my program as I progressed.
