Banana Walnut Muffins

So I decided to get a little creative in the kitchen and make some Banana Walnut Muffins. To make it I had to use the following ingredients:

130g bananas
1 whole egg
230g Liberte Greek yogurt (plain/fat-free)
144g Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Oats
100g unflavoured protein powder
80g maple syrup
75g walnuts (crushed)
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda

I first had to blend the bananas. Then I added in all the other ingredients and blended everything together. I poured the mixture in a cupcake tray. I baked this for 25 minutes at 350F.

I made 6 muffins. So each muffin should have around 21g of protein, 36g of carbs, and 11g of fat for about 330 k/cal. Oh yeah, I should also mention, “That they taste great!”
