Advanced and Less Advanced Options:
– 10 push-ups w/feet on a stability ball
– 10 stability ball pikes
– 9 push-ups w/feet on a stability ball
– 9 stability ball pikes
8, 7, 6, etc…until you get to 1 rep of each.
Rest/pause only when needed and try not to face plant smile emoticon
You can also do the push-ups on the floor, and then do the ab portion – the knee tucks, on the end of a bench or with some furniture movers/sliders.
