Sly

Cardio on the Sly.

I loved Sandi’s post yesterday. It came at just the right time for me. I had actually just completed writing a list of pro’s and con’s to doing cardio on the sly to compensate for my flub last Thursday.

Ultimately I didn't feel comfortable sneaking in the penance of forty-five minute sessions on the Stairmaster because I do (believe it or not) have a bit of a conscience. Funny how that works, guilt for penance…. Now that’s self flagellation at it’s finest.

Sure I was pissed that I wasted the money on them and I was even more pissed that they died. I mean, honestly I bought the best variety.. they "should" grow, right? Ultimately though.. my tomato judgment was... read more 1 comments
