LBC is now offering Bootcamps in the Atlanta area for women only. Join your friends and make new ones with LBC Women's Bootcamps -- four weeks of fitness instruction, nutritional education and team motivation helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our program includes body weight resistance training, weight training, core strengthening, running/walking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, partner drills and much more. We will challenge you to give your best each and every day in a positive, motivating, and encouraging way.
Just as LBC offers customized training and nutrition programs for its clients, LBC's Women's Bootcamps will be a customized fitness experience. Each new bootcamper will receive a fitness evaluation prior to beginning their first four-week experience so that individual progress can be tracked after each four-week session. In addition, LBC offers each new bootcamper a 15-minute nutrition primer prior to their first four-week session. As an added nutrition bonus, any bootcamper who signs up for two four-week sessions is eligible for a 25% discount on Lean Bodies Consulting nutrition services.
