Nearly 40 lbs And A 2nd Place Trophy

More congratulations are in order.

After dropping just short of 40 lbs, LBC client Kendra Warren, competed in her first ever competition, opting for the Bikini category at this year's Battle at the River Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championships, in Chatanooga, TN.

Yep, 40 lbs!!

Kendra went on to place 2nd in a class of 12 girls. I think the bug might have bitten her as she's off to another Bikini competition next week, with plans to transition into Figure later this year.

I received the following email from Kendra after the prejudging on Saturday ...

"Thanks so much! It has been such an awesome experience. I've been talking with some of the other girls about their prep and meals and I'm sooooo glad I work with you. They're super restricted and it just seems miserable to eat fish and green beans for every meal. I asked one girl what she ate for breakfast today and she said oatmeal. I was like that's it?!? OMG. I giggled a little on the inside when I felt like I was able to get the same or better results while eating great food and not killing myself doing cardio. Everyone keeps talking about their post comp meal and how they are sooo hungry and can't wait to pig out. I honestly have no serious crazy craving to go crazy and eat junkie foods because I've been "dieting". This is a testament to the LBC way and how it's a lifestyle and not a momentary thing with an end date. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"
