I thought I would put up a short note to let everyone know that it looks like Lean Bodies Consulting is going to be putting on some LBC Fitness/Physique camps this year. As I get more details sorted out, I'll definitely be back to post about it, but I wanted to make you aware of this and announce it while it's in the planning stages.

And it's not just going be me flying solo either. There will also be one or two IFBB Pros involved taking part in each camp. Location wise, we were first thinking Canada since that's where I'm located,  but we'll probably hold off on that and do Florida first as it's easier for Americans to travel to Florida than it is Canada (not everyone has a passport).

But Canadians need not fret, as we're planning a Canadian one as well. This one would also have at least one IFBB Pro involved alongside me – a Canadian one at that; perhaps more.

And this will not be just for competitors, although any and all competitor needs, from hair and make up, to suits and tanning, to the ins and outs of contest prep training and nutrition will be covered. I'll even go into some of the finer details of the prep week, which of course should not be the same for Bikini and Figure competitors for example. We'll spend some time in the gym too. For the non-competitors there'll be just as much high quality and practical take home information that'll set you on the right path on your fitness journey.
