Creamy Pumpkin Pie Fun

Here is a video that Amy Perez put together during my family's trip down to Virginia for the US Thanksgiving last week. Incidentally, we're still here - enjoying our last evening as we're heading home tomorrow.

The trip ended up being longer than we anticipated as the Erie, PA and Buffalo, NY area got slaughtered with snow a few days ago when we had planned to go home. That's ok though as we just extended our vacation and had a few more days of fun.

Anyway, i made two pumpkin pies ... CREAMY PUMPKIN PIES actually from a recipe that my mother gave me. We had fun with it all and Amy and Kevin grabbed some pictures and video as proof.

Enjoy ... LOL

This will not be making it into the Amy Perez cookbook. It is the polar opposite of low calories. Heavy whipping cream anyone? Haha
