I have some unfortunate recent news to report. The Pro Figure competitor
who has been authoring the Undercover Pro blog has sustained a
season-ending injury - a calf tear.
For those that have been following her blog, the blog was focused on
highlighting her prep and progress as she prepared for her IFBB Pro debut.
Unfortunately, due to the aforementioned calf tear, that is going to have
to be postponed until 2011.
How was the injury sustained? Check out her last entry, Final vs Finale.
Go figure eh?
With only 6 weeks until the planned Pro debut and a recovery timeline of

Received a new testimonial recently, this time from Top-10 finisher in the
2010 NPC Junior Nationas, Chaya Boone. You can see Chaya's contest pictures
in a recent blog
post here. (as well as her 11-week booty transformation, which is

This stuff is the real deal. Do what you can to stay OFF this road.

carbs than it used to? And still, for less results?...

This was Ebonee's first Figure show.

experiencing when preparing for my first figure contest. I had been working
with a trainer 3 days a week for about 4 months and I was about 2 and half
months from the show. My training sessions weren’t the problem. It
was the other 4 days a weeks where I found myself confused, not knowing
what I should be doing on my own or what to eat. I reached out to a
co-worker of...
