This weekend marks 10 weeks until the New York Pro Fitness. Things
seem to be progressing nicely, and it’s hard to believe I’ll
soon be in the single digits of prep weeks! Time flies when you’re
having fun, eh?
I got my new routine mix last week, and
with the help of my gymnastics coach, I’ve almost finished the

Do your clients use fat burners/thermos? If so, which do you
recommend? Do you think we should cycle on and off of them so that our
bodies don't get too used to one product?

Not as a rule, no. In fact, I never make the recommendation myself.
Clients might use them though if they ask my opinion on it first though,
but they broach that subject, not me.

I thought I would put up a short note to let everyone know that it looks
like Lean Bodies Consulting is going to be putting on some LBC
Fitness/Physique camps this year. As I get more details sorted out, I'll
definitely be back to post about it, but I wanted to make you aware of this
and announce it while it's in the planning stages.
And it's not
just going be me flying solo either. There will also be one or two IFBB
Pros involved taking part in each camp. Location wise, we were first
thinking Canada since that's where I'm located, but we'll probably
hold off on that and do Florida first as it's easier for Americans...

The short answer? No,
not necessary. The longer one?
Something to keep in mind is that
of all the protein you take in on a daily basis, the majority of what
survives the digestion process are the branch-chain amino acids.
A large amount of our ingested protein is used by the small intestine for
hormone and protein synthesis itself. So most of the amino acids that reach
the liver are catabolized with the notable exception of the BCAAs which
make it through and are metabolized primarily in muscle.
