New LBC Figure Competitor Testimonial

Here is a testimonial I just received this weekend from NPC Figure Competitor Lisa Anderson, who won the Short Class (with a 2nd place in Masters) at the Hub City Classic, in Jackson, TN and then followed it up with a 4th place Open and 2nd place Masters finish at the Battle at the River Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championships.

I hired Erik Ledin in March 2010 to assist me with competition prep.  This was my 3rd year competing and I wanted to hit the stage better than ever before.  I had been doing my own prep for 8 weeks.  I started off with moderate cardio and diet.  Over the 8 weeks, I kept increasing... read more 5 comments

A Great Competitive Weekend for LBC

Well it turned out to be a very positive competitive weekend for Team LBC this past weekend.

First up, a congratulations to Ebonee Johnson on her 3rd place finish in the 2010 OCB Eastern Seaboard States. This was Ebonee's first Figure show.

Secondly, another congratulations to Kendra Warren. If you recall, Kendra lost nearly 40 lbs to place 2nd just last week in her first ever Bikini contest. Not only did she take first in her class in the 2010 NPC Southeastern Gold's Classic, she also took home the Overall title as well.

And finally, a big congratulations to Chaya Boone... read more 5 comments

NPC Junior Nationals - Booty Transformation Update

Here are some prejudging  pictures of Chaya Boone, the LBC client from the 11-week booty transformation a few posts back.

The NPC Junior Nationals was Chaya's first national show and she definitely held her own in what turned out to be a huge show.

She was in the 2nd call out in Class E, so she's in the running for a Top 10 placing in a class of 22 girls.

Here are a few shots from prejudging. No hours of mindnumbing cardio either ... obvioulsy. Another testament to the effectiveness of an intelligent and sane prep.

Congrats on a job well done Chaya!

"insane amounts of cardio plus a crazy competition prep, and the result was a terrible rebound and a severely damaged metabolism.  I gained 30 lbs over the course of few months, despite eating super clean and... read more 6 comments
