Creamy Pumpkin Pie Fun

Here is a video that Amy Perez put together during my family's trip down to Virginia for the US Thanksgiving last week. Incidentally, we're still here - enjoying our last evening as we're heading home tomorrow.

The trip ended up being longer than we anticipated as the Erie, PA and Buffalo, NY area got slaughtered with snow a few days ago when we had planned to go home. That's ok though as we just extended our vacation and had a few more days of fun.

Thanksgiving Week Randomness

Time for another random one today ...

1. I first saw this dynamic warm up exercise on a blog post by Tony Gentilcore and it's probably my favourite upper body warm up movement. It's called the Side Lying Windmill and here's a few points Tony makes about this movement. I do it as below but with my knee resting on a foam roller.

The topics were all the stuff I like – physique competitor type stuff, contest prep, peaking, etc. So in a recent exchange I asked if he wanted to revive the idea (since in the past we never got our schedules in sync) otherwise I might just use the questions (he gave them to me in advance) to create some blog content. His reply?
