Received a new testimonial recently, this time from Top-10 finisher in the
2010 NPC Junior Nationas, Chaya Boone. You can see Chaya's contest pictures
in a recent blog
post here. (as well as her 11-week booty transformation, which is
pretty darn impressive). You can find those pictures here.

I have to say this has been the least stressed I have ever been in any
contest prep! I have only done 5 competitions, with 4 being on the local
level and one national level show. However, all but this last prep for NPC

I thought I'd pull one of the many comments from the Metabolic Mind Games article from a
short while back to highlight just how real a phenomenon this is. The
following falls right in line with what I've been observing more and more

Here is a testimonial I just received this weekend from NPC Figure
Competitor Lisa Anderson, who won the Short Class (with a 2nd place in
Masters) at the Hub City Classic, in Jackson, TN and then followed it up
with a 4th place Open and 2nd place Masters finish at the Battle at the
River Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championships.

I hired Erik Ledin in March 2010 to assist me with competition prep.
This was my 3rd year competing and I wanted to hit the stage better than
ever before. I had been doing my own prep for 8 weeks. I
started off with moderate cardio and diet. Over the 8 weeks, I kept
increasing...
