National Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Masters Bodybuilding
Championships
Incidentally, there were only THREE points separating places 3 through 5,
so it was super, super close.
As well, it was Chantal's first time doing the CBBF Nationals as well. Not
bad for your first shot. Congratulaions Chantal!
I have yet to find any pictures of this weekend's show but here are some

Last week I post the pictorial results of an 8-week back and shoulders
specialization that Alex went through. If you missed that post, and the
awesome progress made in that time frame, you can take a look here
.
Today's pictures are shots taken yesterday morning, 6 days out from the
2010 IFBB North Americans. An E Class contender? Regardless, we all feel
this is easily the best Alex has been to date from a 'whole package'
standpoint. Great conditioning, balanced development, etc. Now it's just
time for her to strut her stuff.
I might add that this is with minimal SS cardio ... meaning the most we
did was ONE 30 minute steady state...

Regular readers will probably be a little familiar with Kendra Warren after
a few previous blog posts regarding her new forray into the competitive
world of the NPC's Bikini division. As a reminder, Kendra just happened to
try her hand at competing this year after dropping nearly 40
lbs with some hardcore dieting and training. That first show hooked her
(2nd place) as she went on to win the Overall in another show a week later.
Then it was off to the Team Universe where she nailed a solid 3rd place in
her first National show.
This past weekend was the 2010 NPC Junior USAs and once again, Kendra came
