New LBC Testimonial - More Than Just Fat Loss

Thanks Susan ...

Erik’s coaching works! I have learned how to eat properly and train effectively. I have improved physically. I have changed how I view food and dieting. Physically I am leaner and stronger. I am more confident. The diet and workout plans Erik provided specifically for me are effective … and sane! I didn’t starve. I didn’t do needless hours of cardio! I no longer view carbs as evil. Congratulations to Alexandra Johnston ... And Some Controversial Judging

Congratulations to Chantal Milot at the 2010 CBBF Nationals

More congratulations are in order; this time to Canadian Figure competitor Chantal Milot who nailed a 5th place spot in this past weeksnd's CBBF National Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Masters Bodybuilding Championships

Incidentally, there were only THREE points separating places 3 through 5, so it was super, super close.

As well, it was Chantal's first time doing the CBBF Nationals as well. Not bad for your first shot. Congratulaions Chantal!

I have yet to find any pictures of this weekend's show but here are some pictures from Chantal's last show in July, where she's sporting some serious conditioning ...

Today's pictures are shots taken yesterday morning, 6 days out from the 2010 IFBB North Americans. An E Class contender? Regardless, we all feel this is easily the best Alex has been to date from a 'whole package' standpoint. Great conditioning, balanced development, etc. Now it's just time for her to strut her stuff.

I might add that this is with minimal SS cardio ... meaning the most we did was ONE 30 minute steady state... read more 13 comments
