Stevia and Strawberries

So, I've been blogging for a while now, and the majority of my recipes started with me using splenda. I'll admit I was reluctant to give up my splenda because with the exception of one alternate (that I could only get online). I was not very impressed with some of the stevia products I had tasted. I swear it tasted like chemicals!! Okay, so maybe I don't really know what chemicals taste like, but I'm guessing this is what is tasted like. LOL
I had read a review of Stevia in the Raw, and figured I would try it. I am so happy I did!! One packet is more than enough to sweeten my recipes, and there is no chemical after taste. So if you are thinking of switching from a product like splenda, try this out!!
So where do the strawberries come in to play? Well, I made my pancakes this morning with my new stevia, and no shocker, I loved them.
My meal plan calls for:
40g old fashion oats
6 egg whites
70 grams of blueberries
293 cals 3.6 fat 38.6 carbs 27.1 protein
What I subbed to make the strawberry pancakes:
35 g old fashion oats
3 egg whites
20g strawberry buybulkwhey protein powder
2g sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix
1 packet Stevia in the Raw
291 cals 4.6 fat 35.1 carbs 28.5 protein
