I have been making this shake PWO ever since my husband got on a Nilla
Wafer kick. I must say, having the Myofusion Banana Perfection protein
powder makes this shake 10 times better!!!
*Side note--If you have not tried the Myofusion products, you must try
them today. I consider myself pretty picky and use to only use BUYBULKWHEY protein powder.
Unfortunately they do not have a banana flavored protein powder out on the
market yet.
So here is the recipe for my Nilla Wafer Numminess:
(And yes, numminess is a word I invented LOL)
Ingredients:
30 grams of Banana Perfection Myofusion protein powder
29 grams (1 serving) Reduced Fat...

Oh how I love football season! There's nothing like sitting in front of the
TV in my Broncos jersey eating snacks while watching the game. If i were to
consume what most of Americans eat during a game, I would need to have
another wardrobe 4 sizes larger just for football season.
I try to stick to a veggie tray, baked nachos, shish-ka-bobs and chicken
skewers when planning football parties. This past weekend I made one
of my favorite dips. Here's the recipe.
Seven Layer Dip Recipe
1 – 16 oz can refried beans
1 8 oz container light sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup of salsa
1 2.25 oz...

This jell-o recipe is one of my all-time favorites from long ago. I could
always count on my Aunt JoAnn to make it for holiday dinners.
It’s fast, easy, low fat and low in calories. Perfect for
post-workout or for a refeed!
Ingredients
1 large box of sugar-free raspberry jell-o
1 large box of cook and serve sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 cups of frozen (or fresh) raspberries
1 large container of light or fat free cool whip
Directions
Pour 4 cups of water into a medium saucepan and as you are waiting for it
to boil, pour both the jell-o and pudding mixes into the water and stir...

My husband loves pumpkin pie. In fact, I know he likes to have one pie all
to himself at Thanksgiving. I have been making this pumpkin pie for
a couple of years now, and it never gets old. This recipe is not only
perfect for re-feeds, its also a great alternative to the traditional
pumpkin pie because it tastes like the 'real' thing (in my husbands
words). When used with my fat-free pie crust, you have a slice for
around 130 calories versus 320 calories (give or take).
Not that there is much to show in the video, I still decided to
video it. I had a little helper this time ;)
