I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream For ICE CREAM!!

I can have ice cream on my plan? Yes I can! A couple of weeks ago, I had gone to train at the gym, headed to pick up my kids at the babysitters house and drove straight to Chick-fil-a. I pulled up to the window and ordered myself an 'ice-dream' cone. at 170 calories, 4 grams of fat and 31 carbs, it fit perfectly into my meal plan. How sweet is that? Grandma’s Sessions Swiss Steak I’ve been meaning to post this recipe up for over 2 weeks. Oops. After posting the crock-pot chicken, Erik also made a version of the crock-pot chicken. Since he was not use to using his crock for lots of meals, he emailed me asking if I had any steak recipes for the crock-pot. It was then, that I remembered my Grandmas Swiss Steak. Yummy! Now, you will notice that in the video I used my skillet to make it, but you can use the crock-pot as well. The only thing to remember is that you want to cook it in something with a lid. The great thing... read more 1 comments
