Video speaks for itself~
20-25g protein powder (I used unflavored BUYBULKWHEY)
35g old fashion
oats
50g canned pumpkin
3 egg whites (or 2 liquid egg whites)
2g sugar free fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
cinnamon and
splenda/stevia
Bake at 400 for 8 minutes
I think that I will try baking them at 350 for 11 minutes. It will give
the oats more time to 'cook' without drying out the muffins.

So, I have had a few requests for 'on plan' soup recipes, so I decided to
play around with one of my favorites. The hard thing with soups is being
able to devide servings evenly. I think that if I had to do this recipe
over, I would add in my turkey AFTER I serve up my bowl. That way I am sure
to get the correct protein amount.
I weighed every item (including water), and then figured out the calories
per 100 grams. I was shocked that I was able to have a hearty bowlful and
it was only around 100 calories. Obviously, I then added more protein to my
serving to ensure I had enough.
I found pumpkin!!! You would have thought I had won the lottery if you had
seen my face when I looked on the bottom shelf to see 100% canned pumpkin.
I went from doing the running man in the isle, to a person looking as if
they had just broken the law. LOL I guess I was so surprised to finally
find it (after looking at over 20 stores in 3 different states) in a store.
I guess the pumpkin shortage caused a panic and caused everyone to load up
when they found it-which is exactly what I did. I am now the proud owner of
20 cans!!! Well, now 19.
What on earth do...
