Protein Cookie Crumble
So I see many people on their LBC plan (including my own clients) eating
either cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and peanut butter as their last meal
of the day. My last meal is typically:
Cottage Cheese (I whip it smooth in bullet and add Stevia)
Peanut Butter
½ scoop Protein Powder
I use to add this half of scoop into my ‘Peanut Butter Ice
Cream’ or sometimes I would even make a small shake with it.
But, one of my favorite things to do with it, is make a crunchy cookie

On Plan Fluffy Blueberry Protein Pancakes (courtesy of Shanna Schad)
Ingredients
Dry:
Dry whole oats (whatever amount is on your plan) 1/4 tsp baking powder (I
use rumsford brand) 1/8 tsp xanthan gum Cinnamon 1-2 packets of stevia
in the raw
Liquid:
Egg whites (whatever amount is on your plan)
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp water
Blueberries
1. Weigh out oats in a magic bullet cup Add the rest of the dry
ingredients (through stevia) and blend into a flour.
2. Add egg whites, vanilla and water to dry ingredients and blend again

I have been making this shake PWO ever since my husband got on a Nilla
Wafer kick. I must say, having the Myofusion Banana Perfection protein
powder makes this shake 10 times better!!!
*Side note--If you have not tried the Myofusion products, you must try
them today. I consider myself pretty picky and use to only use BUYBULKWHEY protein powder.
Unfortunately they do not have a banana flavored protein powder out on the
market yet.

I've been so busy working on my Curls
and Whey Cookbook, but I really wanted to post up a quick blog post on
a meal I had yesterday.
My meal called for:
85g chicken
100g cous cous
I managed to have a wrap that really filled the spot. I will be doing a
complete write up of the Tumaro's Tortillas and Wraps, but in the meantime,
let me give you the specs on them.
Each large wrap is 72 calories, 2 grams of fat, 11g of carbs (7
